Former Staff Attorney Tracy Delaney received a Governor’s Citation in recognition of her exemplary efforts to assist victims of crime. Until this past April, Tracy had worked as MCVRC’s Senior Staff Attorney, helping numerous victims pursue justice through the legal system.
