MCVRC Welcomes Legal Intern John Ozkirbas

MCVRC is pleased to once again host a University of Baltimore law student intern.

John Ozkirbas will be with us four days a week throughout the summer months.

Prior to attending law school, John attended the University of Maryland in College Park where he participated in a sexual-assault peer-education group called "Student Advocates for Education about Rape" (S.A.F.E.R.) for two years, graduated with degrees in Criminal Justice and Psychology, and minored in English.

He is currently attending the University of Baltimore: School of Law. His ultimate goal is to graduate with a criminal law concentration and work as a state's attorney who promotes victim's rights in and out of the court room.

As this summer's UB SPI intern, he is excited to work with the MCVRC and for the opportunities his work here may present.

MCVRC's Dee Gardner Honored by Governor

The entire MCVRC team is proud of Dee and wants to extend our congratulations.
